OzAmmonia is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jakson Green Infinity, the electrolyser manufacturing arm of Jakson Green, who are committed to accelerate the India's green hydrogen economy with a 300 MW capacity state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Under this MoU, OzAmmonia is partnering with Jakson Green Infinity to develop a pilot project in India to demonstrate OzAmmonia’s NOx-to-ammonia and air-to-ammonia technologies. This collaboration enables the integration of OzAmmonia’s proprietary electrochemical process with Jakson Green’s large‑scale project engineering, execution capabilities, and deep domain expertise across green hydrogen and ammonia value chains.
This pilot project marks an important step in validating OzAmmonia’s technology in a high‑growth clean‑energy market and accelerating pathways for waste NOx reduction and low‑emission ammonia utilisation. By combining innovation in ammonia electrolysis with world‑class renewable infrastructure deployment, the partnership aims to advance the development of scalable solutions for decarbonised fuels and industrial applications.
“This partnership represents a significant milestone in the commercialisation of our electrolyser technology”, said OzAmmonia co-founder and CEO, Dr. Rahman Daiyan. “OzAmmonia is committed to working with global partners who share a vision for sustainable energy systems. The collaboration with Jakson Green Infinity reflects a joint ambition to build impactful, commercially relevant demonstrations that support the broader transition to clean molecules and circular energy technologies.”
